What We Do

PLASMA provides practice sessions with updated drills and schemes with the philosophy  that can help grow and develop  your understanding of lacrosse and the fundamental as well as advanced aspects of the game. 

Services offered:

  • tryout selection provides the program with only top level athletes
  • teaching focus keeps of advanced/college level concepts
  • prepare athletes for college lacrosse
  • promote and develop sportsmanship and class while working to develop the student-athlete as a whole
